What you need to know about canceling your reservation
Cancellation and Refund
Under Law 1480 of 2011, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without any penalty within 5 business days after paying the service, as long as you notify us by email at least 72 hours before the service is scheduled to begin. Once the stipulated times for refunds expire, the company won’t issue any refunds.
If you need to modify the date or time of your reservation:
– The full balance can be used in any other service if you notify us at least 24 hours before the start of the scheduled service.
– 50% of the balance can be used in any other service if you notify us at least 12 hours before the start of the scheduled service.
– Every notification after that time will be taken as a no-show.
No-Show Policy
In the event you fail to show up at the agreed-upon meeting point without prior notification or under the stipulated times to the company, for reasons such as missed flights, last-minute changes, or any other circumstances, you will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.
Why can’t I cancel at any time and receive a full refund?
Once a reservation is made, our team immediately allocates the necessary resources and personnel to fulfill that service. This may involve turning down other service requests or deploying vehicles to specific locations. Additionally, we make advance payments to our suppliers to guarantee the service on the agreed-upon date and time.
