What you need to know about canceling your reservation

For all services, including accommodation, vehicle rental, transfers, tourist activities, tourist packages, driver services, buddy services, and any other services provided by our company, the right of withdrawal outlined in Law 1480 of 2011 applies.

Cancellation and Refund

You have the right to withdraw from your reservation and request a full refund if you notify us in writing at least 72 hours before the service is scheduled to begin. If you need to modify the date or time of your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours before the service. If you do not comply with these conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you fail to comply with this policy and the stipulated times, the company will retain 50% of the total value of the service, which must be paid to secure the reservation.

No-Show Policy

In the event you fail to show up at the agreed-upon meeting point without prior notification to the company, for reasons such as missed flights, last-minute changes, or any other circumstances, you will be charged the full amount of the reserved service. The remaining balance must be paid to the company using any of the available payment methods.

Why Can’t I Cancel at Any Time and Receive a Full Refund?

Once a reservation is made, our team immediately allocates the necessary resources and personnel to fulfill that service. This may involve turning down other service requests or deploying vehicles to specific locations. Additionally, we make advance payments to our suppliers to guarantee the service on the agreed-upon date and time.
