How does waiting time start officially, and what flexibility is there for multiple stops?

Waiting time officially starts upon your arrival at the destination. If your journey involves multiple stops, you have the flexibility to distribute the total waiting time among all the stops as you prefer.

What time considerations are offered to accommodate our schedule, and how is waiting time managed for day trips compared to getaways?

To accommodate your schedule, we offer a complimentary 15 minutes after the meeting time for you to board the vehicle. For day trips, waiting time initiates upon departure, while for getaways, additional time will be billed during the journey.
